The Fundamental Jiu-Jitsu Combatives Program at Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu is a 20 class course in the basics of jiu-jitsu for self-defense.  The beginner will learn and be tested on techniques and positions that statistically occur in street fights or self-defense situations.


This program is designed to teach our students to move correctly and avoid injury.  Light “annoying” resistance and “flow training” are introduced to instill correct movement, positioning, and technique timing.

Our students have the option to train concurrently in the Jiu-Jitsu Core Development Program which is the fundamentals of jiu-jitsu for sport.


The core 40 class program at Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu is designed to further hone the practitioner’s technical and mental ability to keep themselves and their family safe if a threatening situation should arise.


Techniques, drills, and concepts from multiple martial arts, with the core centered in brazilian jiu-jitsu, are implemented and trained safely so training in Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu can be a fulfilling and lifelong journey.  Sparring is introduced in this programs a way to develop key technical movement and mental toughness.
